Red cabbage water prepared by an adult, clear cups, lemon juice, bicarbonate solution, water

What to do

Prepare three labelled test cups.

Add equal amounts of indicator to each.

Add one test liquid at a time.

Record the colour change.

Create a simple acidity-to-alkalinity colour scale.
