Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of the SED Hub website. Specific courses, projects, bookings, subscriptions or institutional services may also be subject to separate written terms or proposals.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Website use

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, availability or other users. Content is provided for general information unless a specific service agreement states otherwise.

Educational content

Resources and programme descriptions are educational in nature. Programme content, schedules, eligibility, delivery methods and pricing may vary by engagement and are confirmed through the applicable booking, proposal or agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, SED Hub branding, original website content, programme structures and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Bookings and proposals

A website enquiry or proposal request does not itself create a binding service contract. A service becomes binding only when the applicable offer, booking or agreement is accepted according to its terms.

External links

Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. SED Hub is not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability associated with website use is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable in the circumstances.
